12 hr swing. It's not bad I get a 7day stretch off each month.

So how does the rotation go? We used to have a 12 hr swing here. 2 weeks days, 2 weeks of nights. Wasn't bad

Well let's see I'll go in and work 4 nights have three off then work 3 days have a day off work 3 nights then have three off work 4 days have seven off. Then do it all over again.

I like it because I'll only have to deal with management five days a month. I was forced to go to day shift when they cut our crews to 3 guys. I really like this schedule...my wife does not.

You're right it's definitely hard on the body and family but for the $$ it just makes sense to do it right now.
