I tell the guys here to run them with a sharp chain, if it gets dull, quit and sharpen or change it. They've listened and the saws are fine.

I know a couple of guys over here with them that have had them back in the shop numerous times.
Carb swaps seem an easy solution to a bigger problem with overheating.The guys I know are continually maintaining there chains to the highest possible level ,still having issues they are better though with the newer carby

353 and 372 mostly. I like the 562 and used it a lot when I first got it but those two are my favorite.

Nope had to let it cool off. I left it in the sun after cutting with it. Probably the worst thing to do to them.
