The manager of the floor sought her out, my wife figured she'd really enjoy it, but the only shift she could get that had benefits was a 7p-7a, but the manager said there is a lot of shift changes that take place and that she'd only be in nights for 6 months tops and if any other shift comes up my wife would get the first shot at the position.

This weekend the manager called and said there is a day/evening position open. She's starting that one in August. Thankfully for us there is a end in sight.

Evening Todd / Morning everybody else.

Darn storm didn't do much of anything last night except freak the dog out. Nothing like being told to batten down the hatches and expect an inch plus of rain and you wake up and what rain you got has already soaked in and not even any puddles on the road...

10-15 years ago I would have have let them live till fall, let the little ones grow and then trap them when they were worth $15-30.

I quit trapping them a few years back because they ain't worth the time to skin, flesh and dry anymore.
