I do. Something about them like a 365 special to a 372

My 365 Special is by far my favorite saw I've ever ran.

I still need to finish that 288 I got from you. It's all apart and cleaned. I've got a high top and full wrap for it. I just haven't had any time to go any farther. When I'm caught up on customers saws and it looks like I can start on it the phone starts ringing with more work:(

Nearing 40. Feels like 50. Old age sucks good morning saw freaks. Put a carb kit in the old echo and brought it to work and run a Lil funny. As the day went on it had me thinking if I put the pump diaphragm between the gasket and carb body. Got home checked it out and shure as *s-word I did. Easy fix 5 minutes later saw was fine and not flooding out after shut down. Wasn't the first time wont be the last. Sucks being distracted with questions from many different ppl while in middle of a job.

Old age sure ain't for sissies...

Morning guys

Looks like I'm vehicle shopping... Kind of a daunting endeavor seeing I have no idea what I really need. I'd like a truck, but I don't NEED one, I'm finding some pretty good buys on Tahoe's right now.

Last night I looked at a 02 Chevy 1500hd. I'm digging that style truck but she was in fairly rough shape, Michigan winters were tough on it.

I'm leaving for Texas in two weeks. Who knows, maybe I'll drive something home instead of fly.
Chevy but the newer Tahoe and suburban are loaded with many electronic items that will burn a hole ur pocket. We have a master switch on the battery now. After about the 200k mile mark all electronics will start acting up

Sadly I had to let it go. I will miss it.

He chills more than Kid Rock

Smart.

No rust....

That's my thinking. For stuff in the price I'm wanting to spend I'm looking at a 10-15 year old vehicle. Around here stuff is really starting to show rust.

I'm finding good buys in Texas on CL. I'm seeing that stuff down there is bringing $1000-2000 less than what it'd bring up here.

I think this weekend we are going car shopping around here and doing some looking and test driving to see what we like.

The sad part is, just when you get old enough to not be led around by your nuts and am able to think clearly and apply yourself towards something, your health begins to diminish to where you can't physically do what you once could. It's down right cruel. Natures way of saying we really don't need you any longer. :(

Very sound plan buying a rig from Texas. I would caution you however. If you do so plan in advance having it rust proofed, and if the paint is bad - repainted. They just rust super fast having all the little places already opened up for salt to get in. Did that years ago with a truck from Northern California, even had it repainted. Two years later I could stick my hand through the doors and foot through the tailgate.

I've never owned a Chevy. But I've been talking to a lot of guys and is looking like that's what I want.
What I do know is that I want one with the 6.0 or 5.3.

I'm finding good buys on F-150's with crew cabs. But they all have the 5.4 and I'm hearing that I need to run as far away as fast as I can from that motor

I'm looking for a older Mustang hatchback. A Texas car would be awesome.

I'm thinking about building a hot rod to keep my grandson outta trouble.

I remember seeing guys my age with cool project cars and nice garages and thinking how much I could do with that stuff. Now I've got stuff...but no time or energy.

Yeah.....now I understand.

I guess that's what grandchildren are for, to pass down what you know. :)
