I stay on steady midnight I may have to check it out. I hate the idea of any pill to help out my work schedule.

But, I'd imagine if you start taking it every day just because, it won't be good

It is not addictive. I should know. It seems to be no different than taking a multi vitamin. I've taken it for months straight and quit with no effects.

It's not like a sleeping pill that knocks you out. You don't "feel" it work like a sleeping pill. I've been on sleeping pills for months and had many bad side effects when I quit them.

I've tried a lot of both prescription and overthecounter. I don't touch any of it now. Wearing myself out physically throughout the day seems to work best.

Beer, Vicodin, Tylenol PM and NyQuil do it too.


I did that before I was married and Lisa was in college.

Beer, well Beer is good
Vicodin cause I just had my wisdom teeth pulled that day.
Tylenol PM cause I wasn't tired and needed to sleep
NyQuil cause I had a bad cold.


Lisa said I am not allowed to self medicate myself after that
