That's an old arrow board sign motor from interstate roadwork when they went away from diesel year's ago and my buddy got several .
it's a little slow but has split lord know's how much wood for many family's wood.

Looks like it has a maul beat all to heck that's for sure. My cousin built one with an old 18hp B&S engine from an old water pump. You can drop the idle down on that old updraft so slow you can hear the valves open and close. Lol
