Bigger and chamfer it both. I use a tear drop shaped diamond bit. Push it instead the angle the hole is to enlarge, than tip it towards the back to give it a little extra.

I've seen these bars with the hole full of paint and no oil at all.

I've been doing the same thing on all of my stuff to Steve.

Up until last year Blount owned Speedco too. They where in the same division as us. I could have the sales guys at work just order anything from them. And they would ship it right to work.

But Oregon, ICS and a few other are in a different division so it a pain to get stuff from them.
