Good morning guys. Hope everyone is doing well today.
My cousin came over with fixings for breakfast that I cooked up, chatted with a few cups of coffee. Now to get some chores done. Maybe if there is time, fire up the motorcycle for a spin. :)

They anchor about 5 kilometres off the coast have been on it a few years ago are you able to organise a private tour for me I love that ship
Let me talk with Jared and see if that can be arranged. Sometimes a day or two may go by hearing from him either cell phone or email.

Any of you guys have any luck changing the clutch side seals on a 346?

It's the same style seal that's on the 390 and I believe 550.

For the life of me I can never get those POS seals in without ruining them. The last one I did on a 390 I ended up splitting the whole case and putting in a new bearing because I ruined 3 seals. (2 of them myself and one we ruined at the dealer. My local Husky dealer couldn't even get it in)

I buy the sleeve tool from Husqvarna. Makes it cake for putting that side on, and will save your sanity.

There's a tool????

While I was in the shop at the dealer with that 390 I had about a year ago I mentioned that it would be nice if there was a tool for these.

He did some looking and he said he said they didn't make one....

Do you by chance know the part number???

@Onan18 can you help brother Ross out?
Ross I am pretty sure in the what's on your bench thread there is a discussion about this. And a couple MacGyver fixes too one being a film negative id you have any of that old school tech around.
