Hello men! Been busy with all that life throws at you.

Can you believe when I was a kid I use a Tedder just like that one!! The sad thing is that was the tedder we used it wasn't a novelty. It still sitting at the neighbors.
What about the ones that look like a four bar hayrake but set square to the swath. Someone's making them again!

The ones we had would penetrate the skin, I had one that looked like an old Winchester and it would roll a bb under the hide if you hit an area with no clothing on it. Can't tell you the amount of times my mother got on me for having bb's under the skin.lol course you just had to roll em back to the hole and they come out.

My grandson is into this paintball and airsoft stuff, He has welps on him from shooting each other at these games. I will say they do wear head and face protection. I talk about him, but we did worse.lol He wanted me to go and play with them one day. I said I don't think so and if you ever shoot me with that damn thing I will beat yer ass.lol That one airsoft gun is fully automatic and flings em out so fast you can't even see them till they get way out there. That sucker would hurt.

My buddy in Texas here had softball size hail this spring. Destroyed their roof, knocked out all the windows of the house that facing the hail hot knocked out. He had a bunch of dents on his truck

Air soft and paintball is fun. They do hurt a little if then guns are turned up. If you go to a real place and not just backwoods Hicks like we did they turn them down under 300 FPS. Some will go almost 400 and they really start hurting then.

I did an indoor warehouse paintball type deal. Only issue was it was dark and full of black light stuff. Much too Close quarters for my liking. We all got hurt. Point blank range to the throat and stuff. I never did indoor after that.

A friend in middle school had a step dad who owned a field. In the woods takes longer but is more challenging. The speed field with barrels and pallets about 50 yards long was more fun but you go through way more paint and air.

I enjoyed it much more in the woods. Especially when you needed strategy to win.

When i was a golf caddy. I worked both florida and California. Florida had lots of water moccasins. I used to retrieve golf balls out of the marshes and see em all the time. One day the superintendent pulls up with a dead near 7ft eastern diamondback in his cart. That was the end of me retrieving balls out of the marsh. California has westerns but they seemed more scared of humans. Plus their smaller. They fled when i got close. Yep i tried a steve Austin move on one.....dumb and full of testoserone.

I never saw a copperhead in florida. Or a coral. I was always looking though.

I worked at a local paintball field for about 6 years on nights and weekends. It was fun. For about 2 years i was on a team doing the whole tournament thing. That was a lot of fun.

Did you kill that diamondback? They must have a slew of em down there.

I didn't, one of the others did. I guess it was right near our shooting position that we were at all afternoon.

They tell us there are a ton of them on this ranch. Last year one guy killed 52 of them here.

Right now on the hill tops that we are shooting from its 105, way to hot for them to be out.

We are sighting getting dope on some rifles with suppressor right now and getting the lasers adjusted to head out and do a NV hunt on hogs. We were told to not venture to far away from the ATVs and path now that it cooled down.

Bit jealous. Thats one thing i always wanted to do more of. Now that my life is over. theres no chance.

I did work a trap and skeet range for many seasons....but it truely was cold n boring after a while. Id get to shoot maybe once a month but most of the time i was reloading birds, scoring and pulling for a bunch of wealthy people that sometimes had no business holding a shotgun. I guess thats the reason i stashed bottles of jack in the skeet houses. [emoji6]
