Have been welding for 30yrs ,20yrs makin farm equipment(the big blue stuff)
then get permanent lay off.
They started at the top instead of bottom.We were costin them more money.
Loyalty and service dont mean crap anymore!!!

the railroad just did that to my buddy he was a couple years from retiring
