Well it was a might sight better than just fine. Lol Picture it all rubbed down in salt and garlic a hot pan waiting for it, then next seared one side, flipped seasoned with Cavender's and topped with real butter. After second side seared threw it in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.(that sucker was big and thick) When I opened the door heaven awaited. The last time I had a piece of meat like that, W was still the President. Fine hell, that was totally fricken awesome I tell ya!
Swolled up like a nasty old wood tick ready to drop. Sipping on some fresh coffee, listening to the noises coming from Gunther and I's belly's and farting like a steam powered locomotive. Lol
