It's amazing to me just how much heavy equipment some of you fellas have...backhoes, trackhoes, bulldozers, big tractors, even as simple as trucks with plows, etc. Heaviest chit I got is a couple of riding mowers, lol. I don't see how y'all can afford the breakdowns and wear and tear on stuff like that...it damn sure can't be cheap, even a short hydraulic hose that has to be made up, gotta cost $100 at least, and that's probably an understatement guess there. I'm sure some hydraulic hoses based on diameter, are into the hundreds of dollars. How about the tires on equipment like that? They ain't giving them f'rs away either. Righto? And God forbid an engine problem!

Some of you fellas must be making a wheelbarrow of loot everyday. I understand the timely, periodic maintenance on your own equipment, trust me, it's the only way I survive without any major f ups...but damn. A single tire purchase on some of that chit would mess me up real bad, If I could even afford it from the get go.

I live tighter than dicks' hatband now getting my daughter through college, and she's just a Freshman. I thought before she went to college I was a little Rockefeller, lol, living single, buying what I wanted within reason...I was just fooling my ol' former Jarhead self...she showed me real quick...I ain't nothing but a Littlefeller.

I wouldn't have it no other way my brothers. I want her, like my Navy son, to blow the doors off my ol' ass.

I know C-17 GlobeMasters III's, C-5 Galaxies, C-130 Hercules, F-15/C Strike Eagles, A-6/E Intruders, EA/6-B Prowlers, AV/8-B Harrier II's...flight controls/avionics/electrical like the back of my hand. It's just my niche...but it's where I'm best at on this planet.

Truth be known, I'd probably *b-word like a whining ass woman if I had a backhoe, piece of heavy equipment, that didn't do what it was designed to do. I'd sit back and look at it for damn sure, then try to figure how I could scrape the coin together to fix the f' up.

tl;dr

Don't let them little piggies scare ya Dallas...the boars are only bad ass when they run you up a tree...'cause your shot placement was f'd up to begin with, and when you walk up on them, they're ready to rock and roll one last time. Those boars are rough MF'rs. I've shot several sows and shoats on the run and didn't quite get the hit I wanted, when they lay down, bust'em one more time in the head. Those boars are a different story...I've seen them asses shot twice/three times, and still get up when you walk up on 'em, and try to get your ass and scatter boys up trees or anything they can get their hands on, before they finally hit the ground for good. The one on my wall that I posted up...shot him square just behind the shoulders with a 1980 model 700 BDL, 30 -06...when I walked up to him about 30 mins later, after he ran about 60 yds from the initial shot and he headed straight for the river, I leaned my 700 BDL against a tree about ten yards from his ass...when I got about ten feet from him, he stood up on all fours, foaming blood and saliva, and charged my ass. I had a Ruger Redhawk 41 Magnum in a shoulder holster and busted his ass right behind his ears on the top of his noggin. Talk about your nutsack drawing up...he dropped about two feet from where I was standing. It all happened within about a 10 sec timeframe when I got within about ten feet of his ass. He was a little over 400lbs on the hoof.

Don't ever underestimate those boars...I've shot a hundred of those bastards since this one, and sows, shoats (little piggies) ...it sticks in your mind when you approach a boar on the ground. They'll eat your ass alive if shot and they ain't down for the count. And I nailed his ass square just behind his shoulders, didn't wanna *f-word the shoulder meat up if I could help it.

99% of all the wild hogs I've shot since then, I just shoot their asses in the head and be done with it. Makes zero difference if they're 50 yds away or 250 yds away.

If you don't think a 400lb plus wild boar with 3" bottom tusks and 2" upper tusks, after he's been punched with a 30-06 won't tighten your nutsack up...you come on and get you some! I'll turn you fellas onto some crazy ass wild hog hunting.

Get geared up Dallas...we going bacon and sausage hunting. My freezer's a little low!

By the way Dallas, get ready to do some of this too...got access to a many a field for these bad boys...bring your best pair of 3/4 boots. No sense in walking the fields in 8/10" boots...it's an all day affair usually, and we take a small grill, cook groceries, cooler full of beer, and stay at it all day. These fields are about an hour drive from my house, no sense in going other than to make it an all day Sat or Sun affair. Hence the small grill deal...usually take chops, they grill quick, and back in the fields after a belly full.

After all this chit, I gotta take ya fishin'...worse than a damn woman!...Jeez! Lol
