Alrighty Todd...a few before pics of the birds on the Traeger. Trying a different pellet this time. It's Louisiana Grills, New England Apple...it's actually a mix of apple and maple. We'll see how they turn out. I'm sure these little 3lb each birds will be just fine.

Around here they sell wright brand bacon end pieces and I'll stuff bird with tjem and throw on the spit. Surly not good for ya but very tasty

I've done the same with end pieces and regular bacon slices as well. Makes for a damn tasty bird.
