Evening Todd...too early to tell. Hopefully we'll get a bird in the air early this afternoon and gone. Got two ready actually, one has to hit final Ops checks/Flight Control checks and then Functional Test for engine runs.Good morning Jason how are you today
Thanks ToddGood afternoon Brian hope your day is going well
I've drilled an extra hole under the tank vent in the tank.Any of you guy have to Mod the tank vents in saws?
I ran that 357 I put together the other night. After I got a few runs in it, I came back to the bench to check things over.
The vent was just whistling for a few minutes just sitting on the bench.
I gotta pull this one and see what up with it. I only ran it for 10 mins or so, wouldn't think it would build that much pressure in that time.I've drilled an extra hole under the tank vent in the tank.

Todd broke it the likey thing's.Had to laugh, when I clicked the "like" button, I was redirected to another page that said: "Are you sure you want to like this?" Had to think about it for a second. Lol Sure there isn't something you need to share with us Dave? You ain't on some kinda watch list or somethin' are ya? Lolllll
I cut the head off a wood screw and put it in 5mm echo fuel line a couple of inches long for stihl's mainly they want over 5.00 for that stupid vent hose with the two screws in it.If you need to add one those little vents for Echo trimmers work slick, put a piece of fuel line on it drill a hole it will fit into tight in the tank and you got it. A Homelite duckbill valve would do the trick too. That is to say if your tank vent is in good order and you need some extra.
