Our township decided to not plow the dead end road my parents live on. There's 3 houses down there. If anything had happened to anyone, there is no way an ambulance would have made it.
I plowed the damn road with my truck.

I only fly when absolutely necessary, but always seem to leave the hay knife at home. TSA has 2 of my Case sodbusters somewhere in their coffers...bastiges

Cool setup there DJ. What do the internals look like as far as filter media? That might be something that could help with my olive oil. Depending on the press, there’s some sediment left on the bottom of the containers. I’d like to collect it and repurpose it sans the olive oil.

I’ll take a couple pics. Basically a flat filter and some prefilters sandwiched between the two pots. There’s a vacuum port on the backside. I bought a cheap hvac pump to go along with it. Just need to figure out what thread is on that so I can adapt to it. Got most of the parts from Amazon.

The only thing I ever lost to airport security was a cork screw, it was my favourite, with a hand carved handle. I totally forgot I had it with me, the last time I had used that bag was for a road trip.
