Thanks, I rarely get the flu and such, I'll get better at sticking to a slice of bread late at night and not eating until I'm completely full.Good morning men. Feel better Tor.

You looking at a rusted out truck that gets 9-10 mpg without working 4wd?View attachment 452420
Good morning folks.
Thinking I'll actually drive the Silverado another 2 years and then get a 7.3 powerstroke. You looking at a rusted out truck that gets 9-10 mpg without working 4wd?
You don’t need a diesel or the maintenance, ford 6.2 f-250 will pull anything you need to and get not far off to the 7.3 milage wise. 6.2’s go 300,000 pretty easily with not much maintenance. Oil change will be 60$ vs 200$ with. 2 1/2 gallons of oil and filters ect. Unless pulling heavy all the time like every day diesel isn’t necessary. In fact lots of hot shotters up here have gone to 250/350 7.3 gas wirh 4:30’s and 10 speeds. All the new buses at school up here are bluebird propane/gas powered wirh 7.3 fords and they drag 70 kids around on a heavy bus every day.Thinking I'll actually drive the Silverado another 2 years and then get a 7.3 powerstroke.
