Got all that too. One of the nice things about raising them yourself. This is how I did lunch last week. No more T-bones here, going all tenderloin and strip.

Boil and peel the tongue, slice it and make up a gravy. Done it several times in the past. And I remember still getting the boxes of bacon ends in this area but it has been several years.
