Added: so now her package was heading here, left VA, then finally gets to Knoxville, she just checked and UPS sent it back to Nashville. Lol.

We had a situation in Hawaii when ordering from Amazon

If the order left the warehouse and ended up in Buena Park CA, it was as good as lost forever at least 90% of the time

That is no exaggeration

I never figured out if that was an Amazon hub or a USPS location

It became so common that saying something or someone "pulled a Buena Park" meant it/they simply disappeared and everyone knew exactly what you meant

No amount of "chats" or emails to Amazon Customer Service ever got any answers or made anything change

No telling the $$$ that were refunded by Amazon
