I was running cedar siding on a house in Fairfield Glade when a couple of halfbacks were talking about "dumb hillbillies"....grrrrrr.

I'd passed the point of giving a damn long ago, and shared with those two mfers how I felt about halfbacks, and several other things that I figured that might need to know. One was the owner of the house, the other was gonna be his neighbor. After sharing my thoughts, I asked if they would kindly fugh off elsewhere so we could run siding in peace....and they did.

I always got a kick out of the folks who lived in far Northern Kentucky, up on the Ohio border, one state away from the Great Lakes, and talked and acted like they were actually somewhere south of Baton Rouge
