I'd have thunk maybe they were early 20's and still not used to people hitting on them / giving them s-word all in good nature. No wonder the world is all to hell, no one has a sense of humor anymore, and too sensitive 'feelings'.

Sorry for your situation, and I'm not a Union guy, but sure doesn't sound like they were very reasonable representatives in this case.
