Yeah, my wife would wake me up all the time because I'd stop breathing. Unfortunately there is no surgery to help mine. Some people say they can't stand CPAP but I love it. It helps keep me alive.

i had the sleep apnea stuff until surgery
id wake up gasping for air choking and sit up for a bit then id be ok for a bit
at gtgs guys that was sleeping in the same camper said they could hear me quit breathing
thats about the only thing the surgery helped with though

The first time I saw a GTG packing list and it said to bring, among other things, 2 gallons of 2 stroke mix, 1 gallon of bar oil, and 1 quart of KY Gel I knew I was headed down a dark path

I got a decade worth of Jesus today.

I started metoporol in 2006 when I started having heart issues. 100mg morning and night. The morning one made me really tired. I can't get very comfortable in bed either. Too much arthritis pain. Only sleep a couple hours a night. Have insomnia and sleep apnea. Been on CPAP for 8 years. If it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't be here. When I had my sleep study, I only slept for 1 hour and stopped breathing 26 times. If it weren't for the grace of God, I would not be alive. I have a lot of medical issues but still have to work full time. It's a miracle I make it through some days.
