My wife has had terrible knee problems. As a result of the pain, she has become less active, and has gained a few pounds. She's always been a very conscious about her weight, and used to be heavy into aerobics and weight lifting. This knee stuff has not only affected her physically, but also mentally. I understand very well how these things can affect quality of life.

I’ve been told pool aerobics is great for the body. Very low impact. Also just plain old swimming. Since I enjoy swimming or just pools in general I’ll be getting a membership to a gym with a pool. Therapy even told me this.

Sure as fugg would be if I wasn't divorced 2.5 times. But that's what ya get for being an idiot.

Good morning turkey stuffers. Happy Thanksgiving.
Up and at it early making a pie so it could cool down, have turkey, potatoes and carrots roasting in the oven as well as a dish of green been casserole and another of dressing. All that's left when it comes out is to whomp up some gravy from the drippings and I got it whooped. If I ain't tuckered out, then eat 'till I bust.

Morning slackers. Doctor gave me the go ahead to start walking so therapy went over it with me yesterday so I’m now able to walk but will be on two crutches yet for two weeks. She called it a modified rehab but I’ll take it over the brace from last time. Enjoy the time with friends and family this thanksgiving

Good to hear your up and hobbling without a brace. Hope the extra range of motion accelerates your recovery.

I've been debating about sharing what I found out.....but, transparency is big to me. So, here goes.

My grandson likes the weed. And edibles. The morning after Amos had his "episode", Jonathan noticed an edible was missing from his dresser. He came to me the next day after moving the dresser, and confirming that it was in fact gone.

Amos didn't have a stroke, or a seizure. Amos was fughed up....
