Dem bishes are bigger than the motor! My brother put one in his 00 7.3 and it took a lot of clearancing to make it work. I'm thinking a 24v/ZF5 combo might be what winds up in my 71.

Evening gents, good day here, rain held out just a few sprinkles, went to the tax man this morning and forgot my KY, them bastards are taking a big ol chunk out of me this year, very depressing, got both bids I gave today & finished up at a decent time, had a chance to come home & work on the homelite project saw, aside from the reaming from the gov, turned out to be an ok day.

The ZF5 isn’t as strong though. I only make around 600hp and broke one. The second one probably isn’t far off from breaking.

Good morning hosers. NV4500 arrived yesterday as planned. Today the clutch, flywheel, rear main seal kit, oil pan gasket, and Fluidampr balancer should arrive. Along with an order from Amsoil. Plan is to start the replacement and repair on Monday, weather pending.
