I kinda always meant to ask where you lived. Figured it was in the general area I grew up at.

We used to work in Hartford a lot.

That was Headers (Major Tom's) territory, but we often got called up there.

Been just south of Hartford for 4 years now. Spent most of my life in this general area. 15 minutes from anywhere, 30 to anywhere big. The spotty power is my biggest complaint. Our service comes from the south right next to the kettle moraine state forest, and all the dead ash trees love to fall on the power lines every time the wind blows.

I ain't thought about ole Tom in years. He had a forehead like a 2x12, so we all called him header. He used to love that. Lol

He used to get so mad when we sang this song to him. I pissed him off something bad summer of 1995, saw his number on caller ID, I cranked up David Bowie, I just left the phone on the speaker. I paid for that the following week.
