First time I've had it so I have nothing to compare, but I'll make it again. More rich and less eggy than just an omelette or a scramble. Not greasy at all, even with the potatoes, onions, and peppers pretty much submerged in oil to cook.

I usually take a couple boiled eggs to work every morning. I finally tried the spoon tap trick last night that @Woodpecker told me about to make them peel easily. Haven't peeled any yet to confirm.
