me too even had a license for operating one
At the fence place we had to load and unload 24' bundles of top rail. Very easy to slide off the forks and would tip if you weren't centered just right. And yes, that's Western Express, and yes the front stack of pipe is falling because the driver was an idiot. 8 foot forks though. Composite decking at Lowe's was a *b-word too.

Guy at work ran over another guy's leg with a forklift and broke it
He was on probation for awhile but they turned him back loose on the forklift
Saturday
So we all yell don't break my tibia again motherf ucker when he drives by

He really seems to appreciate it.
Lmfao I'll bet he loves the reminder. I've seen some dumb stuff happen. Saw a guy drive a forklift off of a dock. He was lucky he wasn't killed.
I hate censorship. Seems like Communist BS.
Agreed.

I may regret this but here goes anyway. Every single person in this thread has more experience than you. Not only that their experience in their given profession is likely at least double the years you have even been alive. Let that sink in for a minute young man… A wise man can recognize when he is among those with more wisdom.

So before you think to give advice here or start a flame war about which stupid brand is better, you might do better thinking and asking questions. And I don’t mean silly shít like what tool is best etc. I mean important stuff like; how do you get out of bed every single day and bust your ass even though you really would rather sleep in, how to be happy with what you already have, how to make due without stuff you don’t really need, how to raise a happy family, why does @redline4 hang out with trannies every day, why is @dall such a dik, why does everyone call @beaglebriar mudflap now, etc…

Oh yeah and we are still gonna need those pictures of your mom stat.
@Oddsandends
I've worked in construction, plumbing, warehouse's, manufacturing,mechanics shop's, equipment operator job's
Since 1984
Unless your a computer guy or girl who knows these day's.
If you want to get into a trade
I'd recommend HVAC for the
Simple fact it seems to take the least toll on the body.
I know guy's in their 70s still doing HVAC work
The other trades not so much.
And service calls make bank in HVAC
It doesn't matter the season
You can work several jobs a day.
