Good here. Real good. Wishing I could get out there for your thing this year. Tanya is talking about another Coranodo vacation so maybe it will happen again. How is the desert?
Tell her Tahoe in march is great

Why do you say that?

I have some of the M18 tools in that pic, and have not had any issues with them, after 3-4 years of daily use. Some are even older, my drill & impact driver are going on 10 years old, and have been to hell and back, and still rocking strong.

Guy I work with, had a 5 month old dewalt impact driver just up and catch fire, dewalt would not cover it. It got booted off a 3rd story deck into a dumpster. He bought a new Milwaukee impact driver almost 4 years ago, it's still going as strong as the day he bought it, zero problems at all.

Me either
He probably runs ryobi and huskies

This old dude who works with me once and a while had some ryobi.

I used to call them the bubblegum of tools, quarter in bubblegum machine never know what you'll get.

Used to really piss him off. Then he used some of my M18 stuff, as his ryobis started craping out. He even said these are really nice.

He started showing up with M18 stuff, slowing. Now he has zero ryobi, but a old work light that will not quit.

You like that junk ?
I wouldn't say junk... My dad has had the SDS hammer for over 15 years of abuse and the recip saw for way longer than that. It's all about maintenance and taking care of your gear. Milwaukee just ain't practical for most of my family in Virginia (Including my brother who does construction). I judge my tools first on ergonomics, efficiency, and comfort. I would take pics of my Bosch stuff, but it is a rainy night and MY shop is down a muddy hill.

Yep, Miluwauke is okay stuff, but I only started with Bosch because that is what was on sale when my dad offred to help me pay for a drill/impact set because he was tired of me always going in and out of his truck whenever I needed anything.
