It seems to be all makes of the 3/4 ton/1 ton diesel pickups. Brand doesn't matter. Mostly all diks! Glad the wife is recovering, it will be a slow process. Keep a positive attitude.
Yeah, the "bigger is better" diesel pickup crowd does tend towards the same caveman attitude

I don't mean guys in actual working trucks though

To each his own, just don't run me off the road

Thanks Larry, now I feel better.

Welp, we’re up and getting ready to be on our way to the next wrestling tournament. Might be the last one of our season. Proud of my boy, this was his first year, and I could see his improvement at each match, and each event. He struggled, and he won, and he flat out cried at a couple. But he continues to try, and get get better, and that’s what’s cool for me.

It always restores my faith that "our people" will go on when I see kids raised up right, not expecting gold stickers and participation trophies

Good for both you and the ass kicker

Unlike some of the diesel boys I’ll put a trailer and load it behind either of my trucks
I don’t extend the mirrors because if the load is 8 feet wide you won’t be able to see behind other than when in a curve
I have the stock wheels and tire size on both
But I’m not afraid to run them hard loaded

The 3/4 tons usually the dudge or fiats that I see with the mirrors and big rims

In all fairness, Alaskans have more than their fair share of toys and toy haulers and people gotta be able to pull them, but you don't have to be a dik about it

I have always wondered the exact same thing about Dodge

Around here, Ram drivers are invariably azzholes and I wonder if was always the case and it is why they are drawn to Dodge or are they normal until they sign on the dotted line and they hand them the keys that are infused with about a 3,000% solution of extra strength and added stupid testosterone

Even the wimmens in they Dodge kiddy haulers and such, they seem to grow a huge pair
All Dodge owners drive like dicks, but I'm talking about the people who drive them. Every Duramax ever is driven by a Fred Durst wannabe who is convinced that you're an idiot, and if you ask them any question about their truck (year, 2500 vs 3500, etc) they will roll their eyes back into their head and slowly repeat that it is a DURAMAX. And they all have color matched mirrors and grills.

Behold all this badassness

Good afternoon guys. Going full Dallas today. It's been a long week. I got permission to take the topless oak tree where I was cutting last weekend, but my shoulders, elbows, and wrists say they want a day off. It's really *f-wording hard doing jack shìt all day, I don't know how you pros do it.

So on the topic of pill pushing Docs. My lady got sick of them not wanting to help her address the causes of a few small medical issues, and just wanting to throw scripts at her. She found a functional health place that did a full blood and gut workup. There are a lot of parameters that tradional Dr's follow that don't fit every person. With just a change in diet she is seeing results in five weeks. This isn't for everyone, insurance won't cover it and they're not cheap, but just know there are alternatives to the trash that modern health systems teamed with insurance companies have become out there.

Doctors typically don’t know *s-word about nutrition because at most it’s a one semester course back at the beginning of their education and when presented with a patient that has a “diet” or lifestyle induced illness they fall back on their prescription pad

I also found out the hard way that most traditionally educated “nutritionists” tow the government line on what you should eat and don’t take age or race or anything else into account when telling you what you should and shouldn’t eat

You can accomplish miracles with lifestyle changes

I have zero desire to be like Fred Durst.
Mirrors are plain black and grille is chrome..like Paul Wall...

Yah but that wasn't the deal. She eats very healthy. Although not being intolerant, gluten was messing with her thyroid system and causing some fatigue and other small issues. A regular doc is not equipped to find something like this. The levels in her blood work, while normal to a mainstream doc, pointed to it.

I must have missed something

I was agreeing with you about a “non traditional” approach to health care and “diet”

If I have my wires crossed then my sorry
