My doctor told me I was fat. He said if I lost weight, I'd probably be able to stop taking blood pressure meds. That day I started eating two meals a day instead of three, and I cut way back on pasta, bread, etc. I went from 200lbs, down to 186 in a month.

My dad was over 250 and on blood pressure meds, he took pasta & bread out of his diet, he started walking 6 miles a day, he's down to 198, and no longer takes any meds. He's almost 81 now.

3 years after high school i was 185 was 190 when i got sick in 2016 and went to 210 surgery i went to 226 in july
