My doctor told me I was fat. He said if I lost weight, I'd probably be able to stop taking blood pressure meds. That day I started eating two meals a day instead of three, and I cut way back on pasta, bread, etc. I went from 200lbs, down to 186 in a month.

This week last January I lost two of my aunts within two days of each. and another the following week.

Sorry for your loss and talk to Fran often and ask plenty of questions about the family that came before you. That's one thing that haunts me is being pretty much in the dark on one side of my family after a bunch of early deaths
