Improvised fulcrum point, lever, and a bit of chain/rope would probably suffice. I could imagine the soil is a bit sandy based on the large expanse of blue water nearby.

There's more than enough woods behind my house to get 50 yards away from houses. Bow or crossbow would probably be more ideal though. Gun noises draw too much attention from Karens and cops.
