Yeh, I agree…. the lack of sunlight gets to me too. I have to find ways to divert things .on some days.. music is one of the best things , but which music ? It can be a bit of a rabbit hole sometimes.

But then Some days the best thing is going back to bed …. Yep winter time is for slacking

Same. These short days are tough. Most days I'm in the shop during the day too. I try to use the nicest days to do stuff outdoors if at all possible. That really helps.

I don't like feeling like a tweaker working the night shift, because you need work lights by 4 in the afternoon just to see what you're doing, because the sun went behind a hill already, and it's dark AF by 5 pm.

Just cubed up 5 loaves of bread for breakfast tomorrow, 2 Special and 3 regular. A lot of work to prep but this breakfast keeps them coming back every Christmas… Even when the oldest was spending the night at his girlfriend’s place he would always be here for Christmas breakfast. French Toast Rafael is what it’s called, think the most decadent baked French toast you’ve ever had.

Need to make an effort to get some Wisco Maple syrup next year…
