If anyone is wondering how Pat wound up back on ope.....

He messaged me via Facebook. Told me that he wasn't serious....and that he thought I'd overreacted. I ain't perfect, so I figured he might be onto something.

And....then asked for pictures

what pictures ?

Everybody fuchs up now and then.
Second chances are a gift.
Ive been granted a precious few. Sometimes I felt I deserved it, other times I didn't.
Ive also been guilty of judging a bit too harshly, so saw fit to try again.
Sometimes I was glad I did, other times I shoulda stuck with my gut.
Case by case basis I say.

I have $1000’s of Klein tools
I like a lot of their stuff.
Personal experience here. I WOULDNT trust my life to any of the multimeters they sell at Home Depot.
I know a multimeter doesnt do YOU much good.
Gloves, sleeves, a pair of nines might be more accurate(buzz it to see if its live).
I DO regularly trust in my Fluke 87, but I'll also "tap" it with a screwdriver or something before I put my hands on anything thats a current carrying part.

I once openned a 200 amp 480 volt disconnect and grabbed a fuse bare-handed to remove it. I had no idea that some *f-wordtard had wired the disconnect hot on the LOAD SIDE out of a cable tray below it.
Luckily, I had enough force to pull the fuse out before I died.
I tasted copper for days.
