Gotta say that my old fat arse doesnt like sweating, so I look forward to the temps going down below 60°F every fall. Also nice when the humidity gets below 80%.
Having said that, I still aint moving.
Mostly because SOME annoying mother fuggers cant take the heat, and I cant take listening to them *b-word about what a cesspool chithole the south and mostly GA is while they are down here in MY got damn state trying to fugg it up like they did theirs.
Already have enough of that thanks.
There’s a few I’d like to send your way
Can you find some thing close to you ?
I’m not moving so you are safe there lol

The boss bought a brand new 2017 Taco from a dealer on Oahu over the internet and had it shipped over to Molokai after we left for the holidays

I didn’t drive it for several months and when I finally drove it the length of the island I actually pulled over at one point and popped the hood because I thought that somehow she had bought a 4 cylinder, although I’m not sure that was even a thing

I finally found the sport or boost or whatever switch but that thing was underpowered for a V6

Now even the Tundra only has a V6 but I hear it’s got some Wheaties
Last year for Tacoma with the 4.0l engine was 2014, after that it’s 3.5. Tundra went v6 in 2021 IIRC

All I know is my 2008 4Runner with a V6 will still break the tires loose from a dead stop after 192,000 miles

It’s not a monster by any means but there’s no shortage of power

Thank you Michael, but it's as simple as I could possibly build it.
Simpler the better I say.
Cant hide the fact that you actually know WTF you are doing.
Ive always done better work with steel and heat than wood and finesse.
Never think to take pics of anything I do at work(or cant).
The stuff ive learned(the hard way) over the years trying to make our little place a home always leaves me looking at my mistakes and shaking my head.
Fugg it, ive done the best I can for my family.

I’m exactly the same way

I used to fabricate stuff from steel and aluminum and it was sturdy and not bad to look at

If I built a bird house out of wood the city would stop by and red tag it as condemned

The one thing that is bugging me about this back of the house project is that the three windows the we used when we closed in the screen porch are white, with grids. The other two in that wall are black, without grids. Once I trim out that wall....we are stuck with it. I'm not sure I will be ok with that. And I'm a long way from a nice freak, or a fancy home fanatic.
