The Mrs. and i finally went out to dinner for our anniversary (Oct 11th) on Saturday. We both work too much.

Had plans to take my wife out to eat for our semi-annual dinner date. Kid called and said she was visiting, so scuppered my plans. Picked up a couple Godfathers pizzas on the way home. We will try again in April.

Finally cooling off. Will deer hunt this weekend. Have a big job in Livingston tomorrow. So a long day is expected.

It’s worth doing and putting in the extra effort to do more than just get by

I did cardiac therapy with a 75 year old retired Air Force guy
And a 68 year old mailman and both would push themselves to get better
There was one guy that just went through the motions and they had to take him to the emergency room a couple times and never added extra resistance or speed

I have no doubt he’ll give 110%

I got yelled at a couple times because I was “ overdoing it” heart rate was at the point they was going to stop me 145 beats per minute
I had blood pressure close to the shut down limits too 168/96 when lower number gets to 100 they shut you down and if doesn’t go down they take you to the emergency room
