Same here. I see half days in my future, still have a pile of vacation to burn before the end of the year. We're having some fantastic weather here on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau.
You shouldn't consider moving here though. We're full.

I took my half dead framing nailer to the local consignment auction. It is now someone else's problem.Nailer is a Paslode 3175 coil roofer.
Was leaking through, called around and Paslode, NLA.
Found O-rings at rebuild-kits dot com.
Tore half way down, Cyl. seal bad, r+r,
now no leaky but not feeding proper.
I was intimidated by it's 140 parts but will likely try it on a rainy day. At worse I will have coil nails for trade.
It worked fine last time lol

Mary will be getting a lot of prayers and good thoughts from the friends you have here Joe. I'd bet my farm on that.
Agreed. The thoughts and prayers for my dad are circling around again.
Thanks everyone. Its a bump in the road. I hate it for her, but she's tough, I know she'll get through it. Prayers are always appreciated.Sending prayers is what most of us can do. Not much else, but it usually works. Hope your mom heals fast. Will keep her in our prayers here. Glad that @full chizel dad is doing better, as well as Randy's nephew. Hang in there Joe, tough road ahead, but it is ahead, not behind!
How is the floor looking?
I'd move.Slowly. Just working on it in between other stuff.

I'm off tomorrow and Friday for bow hunting but they are saying heavy rain again tomorrow so I might get a bunch more done.
We've gotten so much rain the last few days even the super sandy soil here can't drain.
The only time I normally see puddles like this is spring when the snow melts but there's still frost in the ground.

Coming along good traded topsoil that was scraped for the road to bring back in pit run gravel, organic material out for hard material back in seems like a good deal to me![]()
