SF is a dump, too much traffic and too many people, been there in the past a few times. Never want to go back.

Tahoe is worth spending time at thou. I'd like to visit there again.

Paid $3.85/gal today to put 87 octane in the grandpa Buick. If I did the math correctly, that should be about $1.72 NZ/Liter @Kiwioilboiler
