Looks like the neighborhood is gonna be changing even more, beyond my grandparents house next door. My great aunt who lived across the street from me passed away last night. I wasn't super close with her, but she was always a very nice woman and a good neighbor. She was 99. Her husband, my great uncle passed about 20 years ago and she lived at home by herself, so unless one of her grandkids wants the house, I imagine it might be going up for sale.

My parents used to have a duplex rental property, and the sewer backed up once on the one side, where a woman lived. We snaked the line and pulled out about 300 tampons and wipes that she swore she "never" flushes.

It's a decent house but it probably needs a lot of remodel work. It's a split level and it's way bigger than it looks from the outside. There is a huge 2 story barn in the back that is practically big enough to live out of.

you are young enough to buy it now and be comfortable when you are older

Then I got spell/grammarly check on a puter, now I see why I failed so badly.

It is. Good eye Adam! I bought it in February this year from a client. He had gotten to age where it was difficult to get in and out of the UTE. He had also broken his hip at some point making it even more difficult.
Great little car. Can’t beat the little turbo diesel from Mitsubishi.
