could have been hay
or pasture
hes like my sister and talks in half sentences
she really liked the other day when i told her that her communication skills was awesome
Could be a NZ thing, but we make our hay out of cut grass. If we don't cut it, it's pasture...

Had bikes in the 70s.
74 Yam MX 250, 125, and Suzuki RM 250.
We were proud to get 5" of shock travel back then.
Knew the owner of the Bultaco shop. The Sherpas were fun trials bikes back then .
Now you can ride dirt without kidney damage.
Got a coworker that still has his Bultaco 250.
That thing has taken everything but his soul over the years.
Still a cool old enduro bike.
I believe he still has contacts for the original owners, or who they have passed thimgs along to.
I was never fortunate enough to have any of the cool ones.
I just ran whatever junk somebody else gave up on or deemed it uncool enough to sell off cheap.
Born in 73, so a bit behind you "old" guys....

So anyway,
No bullchit an stuffs.
We had nothing to play with other than ourselves until dad bought us a 1985 Honda 110 3 wheeler in late 1984.
We fought over that thing until 1987 when he bought us a Suzuki 125 4 wheeler.

Then we still fought over the 110 Honda, because it wasnt a worthless piece of 4 wheeled chit like the Suzuki was.

I had a few "dirt bikes" between all this, but they were mostly worn out chit that my friends had beaten to death and then sold the carcasses for cheap.

Just do what you can when you cant afford to do anything else. Still had a good time, so GFY if needed.
