Way fancier than my final drying setup. I like this presentation a lot more.
I bunched 8-10 together, and tied with a string, then hung over a section of emt.

Everything is *s-word now my nephews new 4x4 mahindra 26hp the front end literally exploded after it locked up
It just has about 40 hour's on it
We had it several miles from a road on a ridge the mahindra tech said *f-word it up it's under warranty we'll fix it
we can't load it
Run it with the bucket down and slide it off the ridge to the trailer
We did it ripped the pumpkin apart and blew gears thought the housing
Now there's no replacement parts in North america for it
The dealer is trying to get permission to pull the front end off a new tractor.
Here's the crazy part
Mahindra says the tractor wasn't designed to run with the wheels turned out
It places too much stress on a pin in the front end?
Well the dealer delivered the tractor with the wheels turned out
It's a design flaw I told my nephew to ask for a different new tractor
But his was 17k 3 year's ago
It's 31k for the same tractor now.
We are a mahindra dealer. There is no parts available for nothing. We have a little one that the clutch disk welded itself to the pressure plate. We have been waiting 4 months with no eta. Mahindra are the biggest piles of crap made.
This was my first year growing garlic. I was surprised at how well it did considering my ignorance and relative low effort I put into it. Last year we canned 32 quarts of homemade pasta sauce (my boys love their spaghetti) and I know a good deal of the garlic will get used there again. Just have to wait for the tomatoes to start turning red now...
This was my 4th attempt for a garlic crop, however it was the 1st very positive yield.
I use the majority of our tomato harvest for pasta sauce as well. We include many of the self produced garden items for our sauces, onions, sweet basil, garlic, and Mexican oregano. Just need to add in a Italian sausage/ ground chuck meat mix. A day or two of simmering everything and we usually end up with a 11-12 gallon batch, that gets portioned, vac sealed and froze for later use.
