Scenic trip today. These DUKWs are built on @davidwyby fave Duece and a half chassis apparently. Prop drives from a transfer case.
Fugger just drove straight into the lakes for me so i could look for huskys.
Must of been pretty scary storming the beaches for real in one of these. She was no agile cat that's for sure.

Boston has them as well. Now it makes sense why they called them duck tours.They have those at Wisconsin Dells (tourist trap town). There was one for sale in my town a few weeks ago, it's not there anymore. Pretty neat machines.
Probably be more agile if the steering wheel was on the correct side . . .She was no agile cat that's for sure.
