Water froze in it and cracked it. I "plastic welded" it to make it leak proof (for now at least).

My FIL was a cool fugger, him & I got along very well. (My MIL is a different story)

FIL was walking home from dinner, took a short cut through the park, couple guys jumped him for his wallet, he fought back, the thugs gave him a pounding, he died a few days latter in the hospital from his injury's. It was estimated from his ATM recipient in his pocket, he had less then $50 in his wallet. They never found the thugs.
