Ii think a lot of us are, been training some new people, have a couple of good ones if they stay with it. One is a girl, which is unusual. Yep sideways wind and snow all day here. Hard to say how much we've gotten. Probably not more than 6 inches.

First pics are dye penetrant.
Last one is wet mag particle. That chit lights up like a lightning bolt.
They excavated down to the base of the joint this evening. There was rust under the weld. No fusion at the root at all.
Did I mention this is all holding the drums in a 150 ton hoist?
Also, the other 150 ton hoist for the other crane has the same issue.
