I don't see the problem. When the check engine light is on you're supposed to grab the O2 sensor with a pair of pliers and squeeze repeatedly while you yell at it.

That's how you get it to behave.

I don't see the problem. When the check engine light is on you're supposed to grab the O2 sensor with a pair of pliers and squeeze repeatedly while you yell at it.

I've had that since last July, part has been at the dealer since December but I can't get them to call me back to schedule the appointment...

I slacked.
I waited for parts.
I slacked some more.
I only worked on it on weekends for the most part.
I even did a thread on it.
And I still managed to get a MS460 going in less than 8 years.
It even snowed here.
And freezing rain.

Yup, the old heat it up with the torch works every time. It's never ceases to amaze. It's fun doing it for others and seeing there reaction a to a stuck or broken bolt coming right out.

I used a piece of 1/2 plywood, lil 1/2 frame at the around the bottom. Then i used large tie wraps to secure the saw to the plywood.
I usually remove the spikes and screw them to the plywood. Then frame the saw in Styrofoam sheets . Also flush the tanks,, some places here wont ship unless its clean.

Well my car didn’t get fixed

A 3.5hr time quote to do the jobs
change fuel filter
Change lamda sensor
Change injectors all 4 of them.
It was booked in at least two weeks ago for an 8am time. And on the phone I was asked can you get it here for that time.
My reply was yes.. I turned up at 7:59.

Apparently they had to go and pick the injectors up, and then we’re told if I’m keeping the old ones that’s £50 each to addon top.
So They asked me if that was ok, I said if I’m paying £720 for two re manufacturered as the other guy won’t pay for 4 , I’m not paying anther £200. Because I was never told beforehand.
So just change 2 that are faulty. Then if there is another problem with low fuel pressure then we will have to see how to proceed.

Then @3pm I get a call we can’t fix your car because we can’t get the injector seals today can we keep it until tomorrow.

No you can’t I have other things booked tomorrow, how can a 3.5hr job turn into lose your car for 2 days.
Originally you wanted it in on a Friday and said if it wasn’t fixed.on Friday I would have to wait till Monday. That’s why w chose the Monday….

More Bs from them… about me changing it from 4 to 2 injectors and the pack of 4 comes with seals and when you buy them Individually they don’t come with the seals
