lol tell them to gf themselves and do your thing lolIt's like Iron City beer Larry. It's an acquired taste. Still get out on some machines every week. Getting pulled in on issues with different branches is a challenge of It's own. Having to deal with personalities of techs, managers, and upper administration, well I gotta gain some patience at times to say the least. Thanks for asking.
Backing out of a role you know so well is always hard. I am the unofficial trainer in our branch, and making the new people learn, and wean off lean, is difficult. Hardest part is watching someone struggle with something you could do blindfolded. Patience is the key. They learn more when they struggle. Hang in there. I don't know that beer, sorry.I've been known to be a rock dweller at times sir. Don’t know who Tyler/Allison is??

My youngest decided it was time to see what the PowerWheels buggy could do yesterday.
It melted Fri, Sat, and Sun with highs in the 40’s.. but it’s coming back - currently VERY windy and a cold front is blowing in. 15-20” expected here starting tomorrow and ending Thursday...Where's all the snow?

Usually yes, but not this winter. This winter has been very strange. No frost in the ground because of some early snowfall. We had a couple cold snaps, but nothing as cold, or as long as a “normal” winter either. We probably had snow on the ground for about 6 weeks until recently when the sun and high’s in the 40’s arrived. It’s not enjoyable honestly. We are way better off when it freezes in December and stays frozen until mid-March..You guys don't get snow that sticks and stays all winter long anymore?
Where you don't see ground for 5-6 months of the year.
