I’m a bit jealous - I would love to have a sawmill like that to make some lumber from some of the cull logs I get.. would be a great “rainy day” thing to do for some extra income.

Get one. Finance it. Make it pay for itself.

I’ve considered this.. there’s a local auction that guys sell rough sawn at and do pretty well. Finding a niche like that would be the ticket, without flooding the market and changing the outcome.

Howdy fellas. Been busier than a cat covering shít lately. Customer of mine said he had a down cherry tree and a dead standing ash. Come get em and you can use my skid steer as well. Real nice dude. Has plenty more dead ash I can have so my firewood spot has been found for the year. 20230219_130212.jpg20230219_135256.jpg

Afternoon knuckle humpers.
Watched the grandboy for a bit while the kids helped a friend move.
Tia stays in that chair the whole time he is in his crib.
I believe she would bite a stranger if they tried to get to him.
At least try. She doesnt have many teefs left...

We use a laundry basket for a crib for Asher when we watch him. Works surprisingly well.

We have them on both doors. We get great battery life and the stepdaughter won't lose another key. Install was a breeze
Thanks for the input, bought one today will see how easy it is for a not pro to install maybe tomorrow. Am a little concerned about the colder temps but on our way out today that existing deadbolt actually felt warm to the touch. Something to be said for south facing and a glass storm door protection.

Seems like the key backup should alleviate your concern. I am not one for electronics in place of mechanical, but at least it has a keyhole.
