I grow cayenne peppers and make my own. You only need one cayenne plant to grow a lifetime supply. I grew two last year, way too many. Very prolific growers.

Mine is somewhere between the two. I love the taste of both, but always used more franks. So now I make what I like about each.

Had a habanero pepper once. Won't touch the stuff. Thought I was going to die. Stupid things people do, I thought I was tough. I am not that tough. Jalapeno, cayenne, good flavors. I have no idea what habanero taste like. Maybe like a red hot coal from the woodstove.

Went to jungle Jim’s(not sure if you guys have that restaurant), got the hottest wings they offered, had to sign a waiver, they served me the dish and it was a good meal, the waitresses kept peeping around the corner at me to see if I was in pain or crying lol
