I do a metric *s-word-ton of saws for tree service guys. 201s, and 261s are the "normal" requests.

Do you have a steady supply of 261's yet? They still seem to be scarce up here.

We’re trying to save an 088 right now. Case was a total loss….so we’re building it on a new style MS880 case. That probably ain’t “abnormal” enough for you fughers though…..

This was dinner here. Tried my hand at poor man’s sous Vide. Which is basically cooking stuff in water for a long time at a specific temp. I used an old brewing controller keep the water in the crock pot at 130 degrees. First I aged the 2.5 # chuck steak for 7 days in the fridge. then I cooked it for 8 hours at around 130 degrees.

then I reverse seared it in tallow and ate the whole damn thang.
It turned out close to perfect medium rare and pretty darn tasty. Could definitely tell the chuck steak was more tender than regular, but I’d probably cook it for around twice as long if I did it again.

You know what more people need...perspective..

I go places white people don't really venture.. and I don't mean just drive through with the doors locked and windows up, I actually kick it with these people and sit around and play cards on *s-wordty card table on a sidewalk in the summer and talk about regular real life sh!t..you'd be surprised what they really think about the people that supposedly "care so much about them"... when I heard the term - the bigotry of low expectations it really rung a bell with me..it's true.

lots of black folks in the hood in this country hate the same things we do..and they are catching on to the game..we aren't as big of enemies the media tells us we are..

The people in charge are in big trouble if we ever all get together...they know that, that's why the feed us the BS they do.
