Ya'll been busy. I just got home.
I been in the hospital since thursday, had prostate removed due to cancer.
Lots of fun. This AM they removed a drain. Nurse said it would feel like a square peg being pulled out of a round hole. It did all 15" of it.
She also said farting was a good sign so i ain't sure of anything right now.
Still have a cathiter in me pecker. looks like 5/16" fuel line.

It went good and the nurses were great. They took care of my old ass.
I was told to take it easy and i is gonna do just that.

I suggested to the Mrs we just convert the whole household to make things simpler. But here the special options are three to four more times more expensive and it just isn't sustainable financially for us, so this bread, that bread it has to be.

Here too. I pay $8-9 for a loaf of bread from the store, worst part to me is the best stuff gets shipped to us from Ireland. Just can’t figure out what someone can’t sustain a dedicated factory in a country of almost $40million people.

Sounds delicious. My wife is in the process of making lasagna stuffed chicken breasts and it just went into the oven. Guess it’s time for a cold one until it’s done, mostly to celebrate me and the youngin’s surviving another day while she worked!

Not gonna like that post, but I do like the fact that you made it through safely and got back home.

I cant speak for the rest, but I personally like keeping my eyebrows and facial hair, so thats a HARD no for me.
You do whatever gets your fire lit, I just look better with as much of my face covered as possible.

So I slacked off this morning, cooked some bacon and eggs for a late breakfast, then decided it was time to turn the water back on to the lean to and garage after having it shut down for a couple of weeks, due to the freeze we had.
As soon as I turned the valve, the pump kicked on and the split water line behind the shop sink hosed down EVERYTHING in the back quarter of the garage.
Even doused 5 saws I keep in a cabinet adjacent to the sink cabinet.
Spent the rest of the day drying all that chit out and sweeping water out.
Oh well, it all needed a good cleaning anyway.
Got enough pipe and fittings to redo it and include a valve to drain the lines next time, instead of just turning off and leaving faucets open.
That apparently DOES NOT work...

Did a brake job this morning for my uncle on his Toyota Highlander, new pads and rotors on all four corners. Then got the Lesbaru put back together.

Dog has been traumatized since about 6 this evening.

She cant handle the noise, and weve had everything from random fireworks to what sounds like automatic rifle fire.
Probably wont stay awake for the New Year, but I bet it'll sound like a young war around here.

I got stuck in Kansas for 2 days once, blizzard conditions, they shut down the interstate.
We were headed home from Colorado.
I was sound asleep in the passenger side of the car & my wife woke me up telling me there were Cows on the Interstate!
Next one we saw I had to tell her those arent Cows, they are Whitetail Deer!
They were HUGE compared to what we see in Arkansas! Lol!
