Sure it is not a head gasket, the 2.5 liter is renown for that. Good luck with the repair.

This is an FB25. The FB motors don't have head gasket issues like the old EJ motors.

Mom's Subaru is leaking coolant all over the top of the engine. Looks like the coolant crossover o-rings let go. It's not overheating but it needs fixed so I'm getting the parts ordered. Gonna do the valve cover gaskets at the same time since the intake gotta come off.

Cold here.
No snow, so I can't post a pic to verify.
Lets just say its colder than normal.
Ive gotta go out of town for the week, so ive planned on things getting chitty here, and left the water and power situations so that Bosslady can handle it and still be comfortable til I get back on Sunday.
